COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Hockey announced today a partnership with FASTHockey that will provide live streaming coverage of all 17 games played at the Urban Plains Center in Fargo, N.D., as part of the upcoming 2009 International Ice Hockey Federation World Under-18 Championship.
The event will be played April 9-19 in Fargo, N.D., and Moorhead, Minn., culminating with the gold-medal game on April 19 at the Urban Plains Center.
"FASTHockey will provide a terrific platform for delivering games from this world-class tournament to hockey fans everywhere," said Mike Bertsch, USA Hockey's assistant executive director for marketing and communications. "The tournament features the brightest young stars in the game, many which will some day play in the NHL. We're pleased that through our agreement with FASTHockey, fans will have access to watch 17 games of this tournament.
The schedule of games that will be streamed live is below. Each game will also be available on-demand approximately one hour after the completion of that game.
